Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Hancock County, Iowa. The job is in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On a typical shift you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
