Join our team: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska. You will work at a landfill site. The role involves: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
