Urgent requirement: we are hiring a parcel delivery rider in Borough of Tameside, England. The job is at a pharmacy doing home delivery. The role involves handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time. You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
