Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Rains County, Texas. You will work at a high-rise construction project. The role involves: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules 1+ years on the tools preferred.
