Short order cook wanted in Nnewi North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Nnewi North, Anambra State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦290,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
