You should have: • 1-2 years experience in hotel housekeeping • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios Your main tasks: • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals • Spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
