Laundry presser — Otero County

Join our team: we are hiring a laundry presser in Otero County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 3+ years on the tools preferred. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
