Great opportunity: gas pipe fitter (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Noble County, Ohio. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing The role involves: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
