On the job you will handle: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
