Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Full-time with occasional weekends.
