Now hiring: floor screeder (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor screeder in Sampson County, North Carolina. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
