Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
