Vacancy available: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Borough of Tameside, England. The job is in a refurbishment property. On a typical shift you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day 4+ years on the tools preferred.
