Gas metal arc welder wanted in Saint Charles County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Saint Charles County, Missouri. The job is at an automobile body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently 2+ years on the tools preferred.
