Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Dewey County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
