On a typical shift you will pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
