Urgent requirement: trainee butcher (Hawaii)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Maui County, Hawaii. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
