Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Gregory County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
