Urgent requirement: uPVC welding machine operator (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Day-to-day duties: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Full-time with occasional weekends.
