We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Telfair County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
