Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Anderson County, South Carolina. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications The role involves wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant.
