Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Yavapai County, Arizona. You will work at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Your main tasks: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
