Argon arc welder wanted in Antrim and Newtownabbey

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. You will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
