Dish pit attendant — Tensas Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Tensas Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
