Urgent requirement: halal butcher (Wales)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Denbighshire, Wales. You will work at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
