Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in McCook County, South Dakota. The job is on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Share your details and we will call you back.
