Road roller operator • Hawkins County, Tennessee

Join our team: we are hiring a road roller operator in Hawkins County, Tennessee. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
