Join our team: we are hiring a sample machinist in Eastland County, Texas. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line On a typical shift you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go.
