Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
