Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash The role involves keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub.
