Vacancy available: machine operator (earthworks) (Niger State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Wushishi, Niger State. You will work on a housing development site. Your main tasks: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
