Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (North Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Burke County, North Dakota. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
