Gas metal arc welder • Franklin County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Franklin County, Tennessee. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
