Lift mechanic • Obubra, Cross River State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Obubra, Cross River State. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
