Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Luna County, New Mexico. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
