Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Webster County, Kentucky. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
