Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
