Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will work in a café. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
