Insulation installer wanted in Liverpool

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Liverpool, England. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day to day you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
