Immediate opening: 360 excavator operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Jones County, Iowa. The role involves load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
