Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Traill County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
