Now hiring: reinforcement fitter (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Jefferson County, Indiana. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Your main tasks: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
