Long-haul driver • Johnson County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Johnson County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load You should have: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
