Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Barron County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
