Now hiring: HVAC-R technician (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Devon, England. Day-to-day duties: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms 2+ years on the tools preferred. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
