Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
