Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Defiance County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
