Great opportunity: domestic gas engineer (California)

Join our team: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Nevada County, California. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. Day to day you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
