Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Walker County, Alabama. The job is at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
