Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
